Q: Do you have a floor jack recommendation for Hummer owners?
A: For best results, use a high-lift floor jack like the 3-ton Daytona from Harbor Freight—it pairs perfectly with our GMX puck and can easily lift your vehicle to handle even 37” tires. The Badlands Off-Road-Style floor jack, also from Harbor Freight, is another excellent option.
Key spec: Look for a jack with a minimum lift height of 20 inches or more.
Pro tip: Before lifting, be sure to set your Hummer EV into “Extract Mode” and enable “Service Mode” in the vehicle software for safe and proper lifting.
Q: Is this a group buy or a pre-order?
A: Great question. This is a pre-order, not a group buy. In a group buy, production doesn't begin until a set number of orders are placed. In our case, we've already placed the order and are actively cutting metal. Whether you pre-order or not, the product is coming.
Advantage of pre-ordering: Your set will ship within 24 hours of arrival.
Q: Will you offer a kit of four (4) pucks with a case, like you do for Rivian owners?
A: ¡Yes! A limited number of 4-piece kits with storage cases will be available in the first production run. Stay tuned for pricing on full kits. Each kit will have free expedited shipping. Sample case design below for reference only.
Q: We want to use four lifting pucks to lift an entire Silverado, Sierra or Hummer EV on a commercial lift. Will these pucks work for that?
A: ¡Yes! Our pucks are rated at 7 tons each, so it isn't an issue.
Q: Why is the GMX version priced higher than the Rivian version?
A: Because it’s a brand-new product line. With the Rivian pucks, it took 18 months and thousands of pieces on a single order to drive costs down. We're not there yet with GMX and that will take time. But as volume increases, we'll pass those savings on to you—just like we did before.
