Do you have a scissor jack recommendation that works for roadside servicing, especially with a flat tire?
Yes, we do! A flat requires a lower-height jack (a bottle jack may not fit) that slides easily under the vehicle and works properly with our jack pucks. We recommend the 3T (6600lbs) Scissor Jack Kit from Amazon (link below) — proven effective with heavy GM EV trucks, Hummers, and the Cadillac IQ. In the two photos below, provided by Hummer enthusiast Peter O., he confirms what worked on our Rivian's, worked the same for his Hummer and lifted his vehicle with ease and performed flawlessly.

Can I use these with a floor jack or bottle jack?
Each GMX puck is engineered for use with most floor jacks and bottle jacks.
We recommend the Big Red 10-Ton Bottle Jack on Amazon — our 1.30" integrated port is designed specifically for that model. For best clearance, set the vehicle to its highest suspension setting.
For heavier platforms like the Hummer EV, GM advises enabling Extract and Service Mode before tire service. Our puck has worked flawlessly with Hummer EVs on 37" tires using the Daytona 3-Ton High-Lift Floor Jack (Harbor Freight). For other GM trucks, a low-profile floor jack remains an excellent choice.
Some customers have also had great results with 3-ton heavy-duty scissor jacks, ideal for compact roadside use. The GMX puck is a robust, future-ready foundation — built to perform with nearly any lifting tool you choose.
