I’m Mark Tozer, founder of JackPucks—and a Rivian owner, just like you. From the moment the R1T was unveiled in 2018, I knew it was something different. I took delivery in March 2022, later adding an R1S, and quickly realized something was missing.

There wasn’t a lifting solution that matched the precision, design, and quality of the vehicle itself.

So I built one.

That became the original magnetic jack puck system designed specifically for Rivian.

From Garage to Trusted Solution

What started as a personal solution quickly gained traction within the Rivian community.

Today, JackPucks are trusted by:

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all lifting solutions.

Built by Owners

We don't design JackPucks from a drawing and hope they fit. We own the vehicles we build them for.

Our products are developed, installed, tested, and refined on the actual vehicles they are designed to protect—from routine garage maintenance and tire rotations to roadside situations and professional service environments.

That firsthand experience drives every detail: fitment, magnetic alignment, ease of installation, durability, and confidence under the vehicle.

If we wouldn't use it on our own vehicles, we won't sell it for yours.

Our Focus

Our focus is simple: build the best vehicle-specific jack puck systems we can.

That means continually improving our designs, materials, fitment, and functionality as the vehicles themselves evolve.

We started with Rivian, and that same engineering philosophy now extends to our GM EV truck and SUV products. The concept remains the same, but the physical dimensions and fitment are engineered specifically for each vehicle platform.

We don't believe in adapting a generic puck and calling it good enough.
